Business Development Executive in Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Ohhpro Technologies Private Limited is hiring a full-time Business Development Executive (BDE) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. In this office-based role, you’ll promote Ohhpro Junction, a housing society management super app that helps residents, administrators, committee members, and security teams manage communication and services in gated communities.

Ohhpro Junction brings visitor management, home services, emergency support, and digital payments together in one platform. The app operates across Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, and Pune, helping residential communities connect and stay informed. Its motto: “Life is busy, OhhPro makes it easy!”

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads among residential communities, RWAs, apartment associations, builders, architects, facility managers, and commercial establishments.
• Promote and sell Ohhpro Junction SaaS subscriptions and technology solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support business growth through sales outreach and follow-up.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, or General Management; final-year MBA students, recent MBA graduates, and B.Tech graduates may apply.
• At least 54% marks throughout academics is mandatory. Candidates below 54% are not eligible.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in sales, business growth, and client relationship management.
• Willingness to work in a high-growth startup environment and from the Bhubaneswar office.
• Candidates whose hometown or permanent address is Cuttack, Jajpur, or Kendrapada are not eligible.
