Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management. Collaborate with marketing teams to align business development with promotional campaigns. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to establish connections. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience with strategic planning and customer relationship management preferred. Proficient problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales roles preferred. This position offers a supportive team environment with direct reporting to the Business Development Manager. The monthly salary is ₹20,000. This role is not eligible for remote work and is based in Bhopal.
