nandini gowary is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Incharge for its manufacturing operations in Mumbai. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee quality control procedures, support compliance with company and regulatory standards, and work with production teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and systems.
• Document and analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
• Partner with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train staff in quality control best practices and methodologies.
• Review and update quality control policies and procedures.
• Support the integration of quality assurance technologies and methods.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification in quality control or quality assurance is preferred.
• Demonstrated quality control experience and a strong understanding of quality management systems.
• Familiarity with quality control software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least three years of experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.

Team and Reporting

The Quality Incharge reports to the Quality Manager and collaborates with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to foster a culture of quality across the organization.
