Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams. Proven problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Familiarity with business management software (e.g., CRM, ERP systems). 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional capacity.
