Fashion Dot Young Laser is hiring a full-time Service Engineer / Technical Service Engineer in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. In this hands-on role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment, helping ensure reliable devices and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair electronic equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot systems to support reliable performance.
- Provide technical assistance by phone, email, and in person.
- Record service work and maintain accurate installation and repair documentation.
- Work with engineering colleagues to improve service processes and product designs.
- Manage equipment inventory and maintain stock for service calls and installations.
- Attend training to stay current with technologies and industry practices.
Qualifications
- ITI or Polytechnic education in Electronics or a related field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic systems and providing technical support.
- Experience installing and maintaining electronic devices.
