Service Engineer / Technical Service Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer / Technical Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough installations, configurations, and repairs of electronic equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, or in-person for customer inquiries. Document all service activities, maintaining accurate records of repairs and installations. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service processes and product designs. Maintain and manage equipment inventory, ensuring adequate stock for repairs and installations. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with the latest technologies and industry practices. Required and preferred qualifications Educational background: ITI / Polytechnic in Electronics or a related field. Proficient in troubleshooting and technical support for electronic systems. Experience in installation and maintenance of electronic devices. Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and software. Prior experience of 2-4 years in a similar role is preferred.
