Business Solution Analyst

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design solutions and create functional specifications for procurement processes.
• Map current-state and future-state P2P workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support purchase requisitions, approval workflows, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payments.
• Work with Zip and other procurement platforms to support business initiatives.
• Define and document API requirements, data flows, system dependencies, and integration touchpoints.
• Collaborate with business, procurement, product, and engineering teams.
• Support solution implementation, testing, UAT, and rollout activities.
• Manage stakeholders and drive alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Zip, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua, or Jaggaer.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional documentation skills.
• Understanding of APIs, enterprise system integrations, data flows, and data mapping.
• Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
