McBride Meats is a USDA-inspected processing facility.
Requirements
- Must already be skilled with a knife
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on your feet all day
- Experience with kill floor and fabrication floor work
- Exposure to killing, skinning, dressing, butchering, and packaging USDA-inspected beef, pork, lamb, goat, and bison
- Steady job history with relevant experience
- Must pass a drug test
