Job description
About the role
Support purchasing, planning, supplier management, and inventory optimization for a growing organization in the medical device industry.
Tasks
- Manage purchasing activities and process purchase orders based on MRP and planning requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support inventory, forecasting, backorder management, and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of supply chain experience with a blend of buying and planning responsibilities.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, forecasting, advanced Excel, supplier negotiations, and regulated industries such as medical device, biotech, medtech, or aerospace.
- Bachelor's degree required; APICS certification is a plus.
Schedule
- 6 Month Contract to Hire
Pay
- $45-$50/hour (Depending on Experience)
