About the role
Bean Park is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable team member to join its café team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality drinks as a barista.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café.
- Prepare daily reports as needed regarding maintenance, inventory, and other required reports.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic closing duties.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.
- Perform other all-around café duties as needed.
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate.
- Barista experience is required.
- Willingness to be trained for kitchen and other café tasks.
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
