KAAPPI READY is seeking a friendly and dedicated Cafe Worker to join our vibrant team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and creating a welcoming cafe atmosphere. You will play a key role in daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take beverage and food orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Handle cash transactions and manage billing with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Provide tailored customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with sales and billing processes.
• Ability to prepare a variety of beverages with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Previous experience in a cafe or similar food service environment is a plus.
