Position: Call Center Agent (Hybrid - Collections & Customer Service) Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account information. Review account status thoroughly using available tools to identify the best solutions for customers. Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable. Respond effectively to customer inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions or alternative options. Overcome objections and escalate complaints to the relevant team leader or department promptly. Follow up until customer issues are fully resolved. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must reside within a 20-kilometer radius of the Heredia office (for on-site positions). Previous call center experience preferred but not required. High school education preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $1000 per month. Full-time employment. Hybrid work model (combination of on-site and remote).
