Position: Call Center Agent (Hybrid - Collections & Customer Service)
As a Call Center Agent, you will thoroughly review account statuses using available tools to find the best solutions for customers and ensure follow-up until issues are fully resolved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to update account information.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when applicable.
- Analyze account status to understand customer inquiries and needs.
- Provide appropriate responses and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Recommend suitable products, solutions, or alternatives to resolve customer issues.
- Handle objections effectively and escalate complaints to the relevant manager or team leader.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- For on-site roles, candidates must live within a 20-kilometer radius of the Heredia office.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school education completion is preferred but not required.
