Bill GoslingOutsourcing is a global outsourcing solutions provider specializing in customer care, sales, and financial services. We are seeking a full-time Call Center Agent for a hybrid position in Heredia, Costa Rica, supporting collections and customer service activities.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, email, and other applicable communication channels.
- Review account information and status carefully to understand each customer’s needs.
- Identify appropriate solutions and recommend relevant products or alternatives when applicable.
- Negotiate payment terms or arrangements when appropriate.
- Update customer account information and take follow-up actions until issues are resolved.
- Address customer objections and promptly refer complaints to the appropriate team lead, manager, or department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required.
- High school completion is preferred, but not required.
- For on-site work, candidates must live within 20 kilometers of the office.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
