Overview of the role:The Call Center Recruiting Agent position involves joining the Recruiting Team to participate in different projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, teamwork skills, and multitasking capabilities. Key responsibilities:
-Supporting the sourcing process, including posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, using social networks, filtering CVs, and contacting candidates.-Managing full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviews, technical exams, candidate presentation, and closing.-Conducting negotiations with candidates and initiating the hiring process.-Understanding the requirements of each client and vacancy to ensure an effective recruitment process tailored to their needs.-Collaborating with the sales team to support business development.
Requirements:
-Professional Experience: At least 2 years of work experience.-Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT market.-Communication: Excellent communication skills.-Self-Management: Strong capacity for independent work and self-direction.-Education: Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.-Language Skills: Advanced English level.
