Call Center Representative: / Appointment Scheduler

Prestige Staffing is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team to answer incoming calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our patients.

Mon - Fri 8a - 5pOnsitePay - $23/hr.

Qualifications

Previous medical office experience is not required, but is highly preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.Experience with EPIC is preferred but not required.Professional and friendly telephone presence.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to work.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to patient inquiries professionally and courteously.Schedule and manage patient appointments.Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.Communicate effectively through the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Teams.Accurately document all patient interactions while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.Follow up on patient requests and inquiries in a timely manner.Professionally handle and de-escalate patient concerns or complaints.Provide exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
