Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with clear and accurate information.
• Assist with product inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
• Follow up on queries to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and improve service quality.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude to create a welcoming customer experience.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: Grade 9.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
