About the role
Green Key Resources is seeking a Campus Recruiting Sourcer to support a high-volume fall recruiting season. This temporary opportunity focuses on sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with early-career talent. The role supports candidate pipelines, campus recruiting events, initial outreach and screening, and a positive experience for students and recent graduates throughout the recruiting process.
The schedule is full-time, onsite Monday–Friday, in McLean, United States.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified students and recent graduates for internship and entry-level opportunities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through campus career centers, student organizations, faculty relationships, online platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate outreach, initial screens, and interest assessments.
- Evaluate candidates for qualifications, technical aptitude, interests, and alignment with available opportunities.
- Support campus recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, classroom presentations, and site tours.
- Coordinate event logistics, schedules, materials, candidate communications, and follow-up activities.
- Represent the organization professionally and engagingly at campus events.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within recruiting systems.
- Track candidate pipelines, sourcing activity, event participation, and recruiting outcomes.
- Help candidates move efficiently through the recruiting process and receive timely communication.
- Partner with recruiting team members to identify hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
