Position OverviewOur client is seeking a Campus Recruiting Sourcer to support a high-volume fall recruiting season. This is a temporary opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with early-career talent.
The Campus Recruiting Sourcer will focus on developing candidate pipelines, supporting campus recruiting events, conducting initial candidate outreach and screening, and ensuring a positive experience for students and recent graduates throughout the recruiting process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience who is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify qualified students and recent graduates for internship and entry-level opportunities.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through campus career centers, student organizations, faculty relationships, online platforms, and other sourcing channels.Conduct candidate outreach, initial screens, and interest assessments.Evaluate candidates for qualifications, technical aptitude, interests, and overall alignment with available opportunities.Support campus recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, classroom presentations, and site tours.Coordinate event logistics, schedules, materials, candidate communications, and follow-up activities.Serve as a professional and engaging representative of the organization at campus events.Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within recruiting systems.Track candidate pipelines, sourcing activity, event participation, and recruiting outcomes.Ensure candidates are moved through the recruiting process efficiently and receive timely communication.Partner with recruiting team members to identify hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.Assist with additional recruiting and coordination activities as needed during the busy fall season.
Qualifications3–5 years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related experience.Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels.Campus recruiting or early-career recruiting experience is strongly preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable conducting candidate outreach and initial screening conversations.Excellent organization and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.Strong scheduling, coordination, and event support skills.Professional and confident when interacting with candidates, students, universities, and internal stakeholders.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a recruiting team.Customer-service mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience.Experience with Workday and Google Workspace/Google Suite is a plus.
