Candidate Property Practitioner – Middleburg, FL

Blue dot property is seeking a full-time Candidate Property Practitioner to join its growing real estate team in Middleburg, Florida. In this remote-eligible role, you will help clients find properties that meet their needs while building your real estate career with support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and explain available listings in detail.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and share relevant guidance with clients.
• Support buyers and renters throughout the transaction process.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to sales goals and share effective practices.
• Help develop marketing strategies that attract clients and increase the visibility of listed properties.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• At least two years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Local property market experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools is preferred.
