Captain

Requirements

• USCG OUPV (Six-Pack) license is the minimum requirement.
• A Master's license is preferred.
• Confident boat handlers, great with people, and know how to make a day on the water something special.

Pay

• Our skippers often receive $25–$50+ per hour in additional gratuities from happy charter guests, frequently paid directly through cash or Venmo.
• One of our instructors recently received a $420 tip for a two-weekend class! Tips vary, of course, but happy customers can be incredibly generous.
