Job description
Tasks
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment
- Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented community
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for caring for older adults
- No experience required - willingness to learn is what matters
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM or 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM
- Part Time: 1-2 days per week plus every other weekend
- Full Time: 3-4 days per week plus every other weekend
