About the role
Atlaw LLP is hiring case managers to help guide clients through their personal injury claims. The position may be part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and repair facilities.
- Help clients coordinate treatment.
- Collect medical records and bills.
- Track claim deadlines and case progress.
- Assist attorneys and staff with day-to-day case management.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Armenian in addition to English and Spanish is a plus.
- Personal injury case-management experience is preferred, but Atlaw LLP is willing to train the right candidate.
- The position is in an office in Glendale and is not remote.
