Cashier

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process orders, payments, receipts, refunds, discounts, and voids accurately in accordance with company procedures. • Cash & Transaction Management • Assist customers with menu inquiries, promotions, and product information while maintaining excellent service standards. • Coordinate with F&B staff to ensure accurate and timely order processing and support operations when needed. • Document discrepancies, report issues promptly, and recommend improvements to processes and systems. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of accounting experience is an advantage. • Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle. • Strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and ability to work effectively in a team. • Trustworthy, professional, courteous, and approachable; willing to work overtime or shifting schedules when required.
