CDL DRIVER WANTED
REEFER TRAILER (53’)

TRUCK LOCATED IN ORLANDO, FL
DRIVING INTERSTATE: FL, TX, CAROLINAS, ETC.

COMPENSATION:
WEEKLY PAY BASED ON MILES DRIVEN
$0.65 ABOVE 2800 MILES
$0.60 BELOW 2800 MILES

COMPENSATION CAN BE DISCUSSED / MAY BE INCREASED AFTER 3 MONTHS OF CONSISTENT RESULTS:
• ON TIME DELIVERIES
• GOOD DRIVING
• NO DAMAGE TO TRUCK BY DRIVER FAULT
FLEXIBILITY ON THE TIME OFF.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be available to stay 23 days on the road
• Must communicate with dispatch and brokers
• Must have a clean CDL record and 2 year driving experience
• Must have experience managing a reefer
• Must be able to operate ELD efficiently
• Must have basic mechanical knowledge
• Must be proficient in English
• Must meet delivery schedules
• Truck and driver monitored by GPS
• We retain a deposit of $2K for truck damage fully refundable if no issues

WE PROVIDE:
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR THE JOB, INCLUDING:
• Company phone, tablet, GPS
• Tools, refrigerator, microwave, cleaning supplies
• Diesel card
• Truck maintenance and repairs as needed to prevent issues on the road

We are looking for a responsible driver who wants to earn money and grow with us as part of our team. Compesantion can be discussed after 3 months of consistent deliveries and good driving. Flexibility on the time off.
