Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professional development and teamwork. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to assess center productivity and quality of care. Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years clinical physical therapy experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven leadership skills with ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) software. Preferred certifications such as Certified Clinical Specialist in a relevant specialty. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
