Job description
Capleo Global Inc is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract position in South Hadley, Massachusetts. In this office-based healthcare role, you will support patients’ daily needs and contribute to a collaborative team focused on quality care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Help patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report significant changes to registered nurses or physicians.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and changes in patients’ health status.
- Assist with repositioning, transfers, and ambulation to support patient mobility.
- Offer companionship and emotional support while fostering a respectful, positive environment.
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with patients’ dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Participate in team meetings and training to maintain compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a state-approved CNA program.
- Active Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills; experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
