Job description
kiwi consulting group is hiring a compassionate, patient-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time private duty nursing role in Humble, Texas. Earn $30 per hour while providing one-on-one care that supports patients’ comfort, safety, and well-being. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of LVNs and Registered Nurses (RNs).
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document progress.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while following safety protocols.
- Explain care plans, medications, and health management strategies to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient care records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions to support quality care.
- Build empathetic relationships with patients and family members.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas.
- One to three years of clinical or private duty nursing experience preferred.

- Strong communication, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards; EHR experience is a plus.
