Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care: Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
• Medication and treatment administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments while adhering to safety protocols.
• Patient and family education: Instruct on care plans, medication usage, and health management strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain precise and timely records of patient care in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with healthcare teams: Develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs and participate in team meetings.
• Build empathetic relationships: Foster trust and rapport with patients and their families to improve care delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification in Texas.
• 1-3 years clinical or private duty nursing experience preferred.
• Strong skills in patient care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and documentation protocols.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
