Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Private Duty Nursing in Humble, TX

Kiwi Consulting Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our private duty nursing team in Humble, Texas . Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate patient-centered care by performing assessments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress accurately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and health management strategies to promote well-being. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interactions using electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to continuously improve patient care methodologies. Build strong, empathetic relationships with patients and their families to enhance trust and quality of care delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification in the state of Texas. 1-3 years of experience in clinical or private duty nursing preferred. Strong skills in patient care, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring. Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of safety awareness and documentation standards. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
