Job description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support organizational change initiatives within a dynamic IT environment. This is an analyst-level role designed for professionals with 3–5 years of total experience who have demonstrated success supporting IT transformation initiatives.The OCM Analyst will assist in implementing organizational change management strategies and tools that drive successful adoption of IT initiatives. This role will partner with stakeholders across the organization to execute change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change measurement.ResponsibilitiesSupport organizational change management strategies for IT initiatives.Conduct Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Assessments.Assist with Leadership Alignment activities.Develop and execute Communication and Engagement Plans.Perform Training Needs Analysis and support training development.Measure and report on change adoption and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.Create professional presentations in PowerPoint, reports in Word, and spreadsheets in Excel.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.3–5 years of total professional experience.2–3 years of experience focused on IT change initiatives.Experience supporting large-scale IT organizational change efforts.Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.Strong understanding of end-to-end Organizational Change Management methodologies, including:Stakeholder AnalysisLeadership AlignmentCommunication & Engagement PlanningChange Impact AnalysisTraining Needs Analysis & DevelopmentChange MeasurementStrong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Operational change management experience.Ability to provide PowerPoint presentation samples and communication/writing samples.Preferred QualificationsProsci Certification.Training delivery experience.Previous IT industry experience.Utility industry experience.
