We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Requirements: * Experience working for a U.S. home service company (HVAC, Air Duct, Garage Door, Plumbing, Chimney, etc.) * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative * Confident speaking with customers and closing jobs over the phone * Excellent communication with field technicians * Able to assist technicians with estimates, scheduling, and job coordination * Help manage follow-ups for old, inactive, and lost leads to increase conversions * Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred: * Spanish-speaking (major advantage) If you have experience and want to grow with a fast-growing company, send us a message with your experience and resume.
