Key Responsibilities Translate spoken and written communication between Chinese and English during meetings, conferences, and calls. Prepare and translate documents, emails, and other written materials ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Provide real-time interpretation to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure message integrity. Stay updated with industry-specific terminology for relevant translations. Apply strong problem-solving skills to address interpretation challenges. Assist in cultural awareness education to improve communication between diverse groups. Required and Preferred Qualifications Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential. Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics or Translation preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with remote interpretation technology: 1080p full HD webcam, USB headset with noise cancellation, white backdrop. Technical proficiency: Laptop/PC with Core i5 (10th gen+) or Core i7, minimum 8 GB RAM, Windows 10. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
