Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure work meets design specifications and applicable local regulations.
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets, supporting financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and assessments, and guide construction teams.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to support effective project execution.
• Resolve on-site issues while helping maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Report project progress, risks, and concerns to stakeholders.
• Promote a safe work environment by ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience in construction management and site supervision.
• Skills in cost estimation and budget management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with relevant civil engineering software and tools.
• Three to five years of relevant experience preferred.
