Job description
Kaamdhenu Agrotrade is hiring a full-time Civil Engineer in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. In this on-site role, you will manage civil engineering projects across planning, execution, and operations, helping deliver quality infrastructure while meeting project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil engineering projects from initial planning through execution and operations, tracking timelines and budgets.
- Supervise site activities to ensure work follows engineering designs, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Apply cost-control measures and quality assurance practices throughout each project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and project documents for regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, communicate priorities, and guide work toward project goals.
- Identify project risks and resolve construction or operational issues using effective problem-solving methods.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders to support informed decisions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, site supervision, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in technical drawings and resource management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Five or more years of relevant civil engineering project experience is preferred.
Compensation and Employment
Salary: 360000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
