Kaamdhenu Agrotrade is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This full-time role involves leading civil engineering projects through planning, execution, and operations phases to enhance community infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution and operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct site supervision to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Implement cost control and quality assurance measures throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams with effective communication to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and resolve project challenges using strong problem-solving skills.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
