Classroom Furniture Production Incharge

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of classroom/school furniture or steel & wooden furniture manufacturing to manage the complete production process from raw material planning to final dispatch.

✅ MS pipe fabrication & MIG welding
✅ Powder coating & woodworking
✅ Assembly, finishing & quality control
✅ Team & manpower management
✅ Production reports & WIP monitoring
✅ Packing, loading & dispatch coordination
✅ Process improvement, SOP & 5S implementation

Required Skills
• Complete knowledge of classroom furniture manufacturing
• Strong production planning & scheduling
• Fabrication, welding, powder coating & woodworking knowledge
• Inventory & raw material management
• Quality inspection & process control
• Leadership & manpower handling
• Ability to read production/AutoCAD drawings
• Basic Excel & reporting skills

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, Fabrication or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience: 5–10 years in classroom, school, office or steel furniture manufacturing.
