Cash App Support Specialist – Dhaka, Bangladesh

Md Hafiz is hiring a part-time Cash App Support Specialist in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this customer support role, you’ll help users resolve questions about Cash App features, transactions, and account access while contributing to a friendly, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and chat about Cash App functionality and transactions.
• Troubleshoot issues involving cash transfers, account access, and app features.
• Provide empathetic, efficient support that helps improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document customer interactions and feedback, and keep support records and knowledge resources accurate.
• Collaborate with support specialists and team leaders to resolve complex issues and share effective strategies.
• Attend ongoing training to stay current on Cash App features and support practices.
