Responsibilities

• Cultivate professional relationships with customers by using assessment tools and meaningful conversations to uncover needs, make appropriate recommendations, and submit referrals to banking center team members or line of business partners.
• Use assessment tools to maintain detailed notes about customer conversations and interactions.
• Process account transactions accurately and efficiently to minimize errors and reduce fraud.
• Actively participate in morning huddles.
• Open new accounts as needed and with documented management approval.
• Demonstrate competency and accountability in maintaining banking center operational standards.
