Compensation: Base salary of $110,000–$130,000, DOE, plus stock options
About the RoleOur client is a growing technology-driven fintech servicing institutional clients seeking an experienced Client Services Associate (CSA) that will support and increasingly take ownership of client relationships throughout their lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, Index Production, Product, and Finance on contracting, onboarding, launches, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining relationship management with execution, and it offers a clear path into client-facing account management within a growing global firm.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Associate (Fintech)Serve as an increasingly independent day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accountsBuild deep knowledge of clients' businesses, stakeholders, projects, and use of the firm's indicesManage client onboarding from commercial agreement through contracting, implementation, and launchDraft contracts from established templates and coordinate reviews with Sales, Legal, and other stakeholdersTrack project milestones, launches, and deliverables, resolving issues that could delay contracting or launchIdentify relationship risks, additional client needs, and opportunities for expanded engagementMaintain accurate client, contract, project, and pipeline information in SalesforceProvide sales operations support, including pipeline reporting, data management, and cross-team coordinationUse AI and other technology to analyze information, build dashboards, develop reports, and generate actionable insightsContribute to improvements in Client Services processes, reporting, tools, and controls as the business scales
Qualifications of the Client Services Associate (Fintech)Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, business, or a related field2 to 4 years of experience in client services or account management within the financial services industry, working with institutional clientsStrong interest in financial markets and a desire to deepen knowledge of indices and index-linked productsFamiliarity with ETFs strongly preferredExposure to structured products, derivatives, or index licensing is a plusSalesforce or other CRM experienceExperience managing client onboarding from commercial agreement through contracting, implementation, and launch is a plusExperience reviewing and drafting contracts from established templatesExperience tracking project milestones, launches, and deliverables and resolving issues that could delay contracting or launch is a plusStrong verbal and written client-facing communication skills across a range of stakeholdersHighly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global team and adapt to shifting prioritiesExperience within a smaller, fast-growing company and a global team is a plus
