Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
• Oversee and support project management initiatives from inception to completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with company offerings.
• Monitor success metrics related to client satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare and present reports detailing project status, client feedback, and success stories.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or a client-facing role.
