Clinical Application Specialist Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervision of the Clinical Application unit.
- Prepare and test ultrasound machine and accessories prior to delivery and demo
- Prepare/ultrasound delivery and demo checklist and countercheck with the dispatch officer.
- Performs product demonstration to potential clients. Explain the knobby, functions and features of the ultrasound machine
- Provide product training and orientation to end-users
- Assist clients with their concerns regarding the ultrasound machine thru text, call or online messaging.
- Report machine related issues to engineers on duty
- Improve product competence thru trainings and by reviewing datasheet of ultrasound products

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Able to assist and coach the team
- Displays strong leadership and good discipline with the team
- Possesses strong presentation skills
- Shows good communication and collaboration skills
- Good time management skills
- Adaptable with change
