This full-time role offers an annual salary of $95,000 and focuses on securing medical devices within healthcare environments to protect patient data and ensure technology integrity. Key Responsibilities Assess and analyze cybersecurity posture of medical devices to identify vulnerabilities. Implement and monitor security measures protecting medical devices from cyber threats. Collaborate with clinical engineers and healthcare IT teams to maintain cybersecurity policy compliance. Conduct risk assessments and audits on medical devices and their networks. Provide cybersecurity training and guidance to healthcare staff regarding medical devices. Stay updated on emerging trends and threats in medical device cybersecurity. Document and report cybersecurity incidents and remediation efforts related to medical devices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field. Proven experience in medical device cybersecurity. Familiarity with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks and regulations. Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Relevant industry certifications (preferred). This position requires close collaboration with clinical engineers and IT professionals to ensure robust security practices across medical technologies.
