Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement assigned contracts, grants, evidence-based models, and programs to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, performance measures, standards, and applicable professional, legal, and ethical standards.
• Complete and generate internal and external reports as needed.
• Provide clinical oversight for assigned staff in accordance with Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements for clinical supervision of unlicensed or registered clinicians.
• Attend and participate in contract-required and community meetings, including internal and external meetings necessary for programs and services.
• Provide guidance and administrative oversight to assigned supervisees and program staff as required by contract and agency standards.
• Deliver a minimum of weekly individual and/or group supervision for direct service staff using a Reflective Practice Framework.
• Oversee the program budget to ensure compliance with agency and funder regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent.
• 2 years of applicable experience, preferably including direct work with children birth-to-five and their families.
