Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture high-precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform CNC programming and setup to ensure efficient and accurate machining processes. Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on finished parts to meet ISO and industry standards, reducing defects by maintaining a target quality rate above 98%. Carry out routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines to minimize downtime and optimize production flow. Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to continuously improve machining processes and increase operational efficiency. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of production metrics, machine performance, and maintenance activities. Participate actively in project meetings to implement new technologies and innovative machining techniques that enhance product quality and throughput.
