Key Responsibilities

• Maintain welding equipment and tools, and report malfunctions.
• Work with the production team to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Support junior welders with welding techniques and safe work practices.
• Complete projects on schedule while following safety regulations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience as a welder or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metallurgy.
• Welding certification from an accredited institution is a plus.
• Ability to safely use welding tools and equipment.
• Teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
