The role involves underwriting a diverse, profitable book that is roughly 85% casualty-focused, with a large portion centered around Construction/Contractors and Manufacturing/Product Liability. The book also includes property and professional liability risks.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite a diverse, profitable book of commercial risks.
• Spend a couple of days a week in the field connecting with local agents and brokers and building direct relationships.
• Underwrite from home, with support from the home office.
• Partner with claims, loss control and premium audit professionals.
