Job description
About the role
Prestige WFS is recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney for an established boutique law firm in Atlanta.
You’ll have client contact from day one and close mentorship within a growing practice.
Tasks
- Commercial acquisitions and dispositions
- Development and financing transactions
- Retail and commercial leases
- Purchase contracts, loan documents, and due diligence
- Entity formation related to real estate transactions
Requirements
- 2–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Active Georgia Bar admission is required.
- Candidates must already be based in Georgia.
- Big law or major-firm experience is preferred.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Schedule
- In office five days per week
Pay
- $150,000–$190,000 base salary
