Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items under the Head Chef's supervision.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
• Support inventory management by stocking and ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in daily kitchen line setup and breakdown to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing menu items.
• Follow all food safety regulations to ensure guest and staff well-being.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and responsibilities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong foundational knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation.
