This role is fully commission-based. Success depends on your ability to consistently generate and close deals. What You’ll Be Selling AI automation systems including lead generation, CRM automation, AI call centers, and workflow optimization Business funding solutions tailored for startups and scaling companies Our target clients include small business owners and mid-level operators in both the U.S. and South African markets. Available Roles Across the Sales Pipeline We are building a comprehensive sales machine and hiring for multiple roles: Lead Generators / Prospectors Source qualified leads via cold outreach, data scraping, and inbound follow-ups Book appointments and maintain CRM hygiene Appointment Setters Qualify leads and schedule calls Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows Closers Conduct sales calls and convert prospects into paying clients Handle objections and structure deals effectively Account Managers / Upsell Agents Manage client relationships post-sale Identify upsell opportunities to maximize client value Ensure client retention and repeat business Compensation Details This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary. The pay amount is ZAR 18,000 per month as a reference for commission potential. High performers can earn significantly more based on sales success. Who Should Apply?
