Key Responsibilities

• Plant, prune, weed, and water to keep gardens healthy and attractive.
• Provide caretaking and general property upkeep.
• Walk and care for dogs, supporting their well-being and safety.
• Complete minor repairs and routine maintenance around properties.
• Paint buildings and outdoor structures as needed.
• Work with team members to assess needs and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor property conditions and report larger maintenance concerns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Practical skills in gardening, caretaking, dog walking, and handyman work.
