Complete handyman tasks such as minor repairs and maintenance around the properties. Carry out painting jobs to refresh or restore buildings and outdoor structures as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to assess property needs and prioritize tasks efficiently. Monitor property conditions and report any significant maintenance issues promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven skills in gardening, caretaking, dog walking, and handyman services. Experience with painting and basic repair work is preferred.
