Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular gardening tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, and watering to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive.
• Provide caretaking services to ensure overall property upkeep and maintenance.
• Walk and care for dogs, ensuring their safety and happiness during outdoor activities.
• Carry out handyman duties such as minor repairs and general maintenance around properties.
• Complete painting jobs as needed to refresh buildings and outdoor structures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to assess priorities and efficiently manage tasks.
• Monitor property conditions and report any significant maintenance concerns.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and skills in gardening, caretaking, dog walking, and handyman services.
• Preferred experience with painting and basic repair work.
