Role SummaryThe Commissioning & Reliability Manager is responsible for ensuring operational readiness and full integrity of mission-critical facilities. Acting as the technical link between Construction and Operations, this role oversees third-party Commissioning Agents (CxA), validates system performance, and ensures a Zero-Defect Turnover. Success is defined by effective Integrated Systems Testing (Level 4 & 5) and flawless handover to operation
