Job description
Tasks
- Help connect mothers, pregnant women, and families with essential community resources, referrals, and support services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Work, Education, IT, or a related health/human services field.
- Experience working with maternal health, special needs, or young children.
- Strong communication, listening, and client support skills.
- Experience with databases, data reporting, and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish/Burmese/Haitian-Creole) are highly preferred.
