Job description
About the role
Greystar is seeking a Concierge to organize, coordinate, and implement resident services and programs and provide residents with information and help related to local market resources.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area, and ensure their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
- Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team member, and assist with completed service request callbacks as necessary.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival.
- Manage and coordinate the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition before the leasing office opens each morning.
- Document package arrival information and notify residents of deliveries within 24 hours.
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided.
