About the role
Renova One unites 11 trusted companies under one brand, delivering renovation and restoration solutions for multi-family, single-family, and commercial properties nationwide. Its expertise includes flooring, carpet cleaning, turnkey solutions, interior and exterior renovations, restoration, and design.
As a Project Manager on the Interior Renovations team, you will lead renovation projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will also manage project resources, resolve issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead renovation project planning, execution, and closure according to timelines and budgets.
- Manage interior renovation projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to allocate resources and support timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify improvements and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment and provide guidance and support.
