Construction Project Manager

Tasks

• Oversee construction projects from planning through completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contractors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate site activities and monitor progress
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Identify project risks and resolve operational challenges
• Communicate updates to clients, engineers, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction or project management experience
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and budgeting
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Relevant construction management qualifications are an advantage

Schedule

• Primarily On-site, with office-based and Hybrid duties where applicable

Pay

• Estimated Salary: $95,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience, project size, and location.
