This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Sales Leader to drive business growth through consultative selling, proposal coordination, and closing high-value construction contracts while collaborating closely with estimating and project teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business via networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand and define project goals
- Coordinate scopes of work with estimating and design departments
- Prepare and present comprehensive residential and commercial proposals
- Lead contract negotiations including pricing, scheduling, and terms
- Close construction contracts and ensure smooth handoff to operations
- Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups using company CRM tools
- Attend client meetings and industry networking events as required
- Support collections efforts at contract milestones and project closeout
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This full-time, commission-based Sales Leader role offers uncapped earning potential tied directly to closed projects and collected funds.
Residential & Commercial Projects Commission Structure:
- Up to $250,000 - Up to 5% commission
- $250,000 – $1,000,000 - Up to 6% commission
- $1,000,000+ - Up to 7% commission
State & Federal Projects Commission Structure:
- Below $10,000,000 - Up to 1.5% commission
- $10,000,000+ - Up to 2.0% commission
Performance milestone bonuses are also available. Actual earnings vary based on sales volume and project collections.
